    Great Coaches with a no Nonsense no gimmicks approach . No shiny, useless equipment or fancy machines. Just hard work, laughs, the occasional donut party and a great support group.

    Capacity Fitness and Nutrition is my home away from home. Great Trainers, and the other members are super chill. I felt comfortable from day one and continue to feel that way now. I make time to come in. I am in the best shape i've been in over ten years and have lost 30 pounds. The workouts are challenging, but Coach Hugh and Gabi make sure that you can handle them. If not, they pay close attention and give you alternate exercises that you can handle.
