The technician is a competent, capable individual who gets it done quickly. In just two days or within a couple of days, computers are repaired and functioning with all original files intact. Services include diagnosing and fixing computer issues, saving files from dead laptops, transferring data to flash drives and new laptops, and replacing batteries. The technician goes out of his way to help, offering alternate viable and cost-effective options instead of pushing unnecessary services. Customers appreciate being kept updated every step of the way. One laptop with a noisy fan and a dead battery was repaired at a reasonable price, with the technician even accommodating a difficult pickup schedule. Another PC was returned running faster than before in a very timely manner. I'm so happy I decided to get a second opinion from a private contractor. So professional and helpful. Instead of pushing any service out right, I was told alternate options that were both viable and cost effective. And the efficiency was incredible. Within a couple of days I had a functioning computer with all my original files in tact. 100% recommend.
Computer fan was making an a weird noise, noticed my laptop battery was at the end of its life span, was not able to by a new laptop and this point, so looked up PC repair in our area, came across Magothy Networking , drop off my laptop shortly Ben advised me needed a new battery, he ordered it installed it and all at a reasonable price, told me I was good to pick up, due to my shift work I couldn’t get, he went out of his way to help me, you just don’t get customer service like that anymore, I appreciate your help looking forward to doing business with you in the future
