Chris was the most honest person I've dealt with in years with any purchase. An absolutely wonderful experience from Facebook to talking at the store. He really looked out for me and I was able to make a great trade and get the computer (Macbook Pro) that I can use for my next project. As a lifetime gamer and PC enthusiastic of 20 years if I could give a extra 6th star for just how pleasant my experience was I would. I took my custom PC (build 2 years ago) in for a fan cleaning, things canned air just wasn't enough for and checkup. They were polite kind welcoming and informative and I truly believe they understood my concerns and what I needed done more then any other PC service I have used my entire life. Misha had the fans looking brand new in under 24 hours with text/picture updates along the way, and also confirmed temps where very good everything is working properly and I can't express how much my mind was at ease.
