The sales man was very nice talkative and good the down fall was the workers it was two people from down south non spoke English we paid for one kind of wood to replace all the bad wood witch was a lot they came out with the worng wood and only 2 half sheets of it witch was not enough so we had to augment with them still don't know if they replace all the bad wood yet. One brought his girlfriend or wife with them it was very unpleasant and Unprofessional I have a inspection coming in spring if something is worng in the work then more steps will be taken

Our first encounter with the salesman he was very professional well spoken he up graded our roof amd gave us 5 plywood upgrade the problem was when they came out to do the work I thought it would be veterans that need work it was two foreigners and one had his wife or girlfriend witch was very unprofessional they didn't bring the wood or the upgrade wood that was in our contract we try to the salesman un able to the was about to start putting the roof on and we had to stop them we had to call the company itself to get them to replace the roof and the wood the right way and replace the bad wood that needed it all the two guy amd there wife or girlfriend wanted to do was...read full review
