I had a very good experience using Arkadia to completely redo my kitchen. The estimates were exactly what the end price turned out to be, no hidden charges. ÀCabinets were as nice as I hoped and I loved the countertop. I recommend them highly.
Update: Arkadia did come out to fix the countertops after this review. If not for the 11 month wait this would have been a satisfactory conclusion to this job.
In November 2023 we had Arkadia come to our home to measure for countertops. A few days later the install team arrived and the sink opening was a foot off of where it should have been. We came back to Arkadia and met with Ken who was going to re-cut only one half of the natural stone countertops and match it with the previous miss cut piece. This would have left two different slabs with not matching grains and colors on a seem. After much convincing he agreed to re cut the countertops from a single slab....read full review
