He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

“Michelle did microblading on my brows today. I have so much to say... the entire experience was amazing!!

Michelle really took her time to explain everything to me. She spent about an hour just drawing the shape of the brow and tweaked it till we found just the right shape and thickness. I never felt rushed whatsoever. She took all the time she needed to do things right! Its hard to find people who do this and who really care for their clients and listen to what they want.

I was nervous since it was the first time ive had this done. She took the time to explain everything to me so by the time she started i was totally relaxed!
