When I needed a newly purchased pair of pants hemmed for a trip, they managed to complete it in 24 hours. From sweaters to quilts to ballgowns, they do an amazing job on cleaning and pressing. The owner told me she ran out of checks and would refund my money by transfering it it my bank from hers. That was a lie. No transfer. The so called deep cleaning was in February. it is now March 18th A decent company would had corrected this by now and had this refund right away.“
