Great Shop !!! Went there with a bad wheel bearing i actually thought the issue was something else they inspected and diagnosed the issue correctly the first time. Had them do further inspections on suspension and found there was quite abit of issues as it is a heavy duty cargo van that is worked quite hard. Explained to them I was on a pretty tight budget we discussed what needed to be done right away and what could be scheduled at later date. Also had a very small time frame I needed the work to be done as it is my work van so not being on the road costs me money everyday. Westwood auto has very friendly and professional mechanic , they work very fast get your car in and out in a timely manner . Even if you call with issues about your car they do their best to fit you in even when they are very booked. This the only mechanic shop I take my cars to. I had a very positive experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure my car was ready on time. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future maintenance!
