I was in the market for a HRV, as our house didn’t have one, and I wanted a less corporate, less aggressive sales and more family business vibe. I learned about Weather Tech online, and their reviews were solid, so I requested a visit for a quote.
Steve, the owner of the company, arrived on time and was great. He identified all the issues we had, didn’t upsell anything, and was exactly what I wanted. We discussed the problems, my concerns and he had a ton of knowledge on this topic. He emailed me a quote shortly after with two options. I picked the smart HRV.

We had Weather Tech come out and install a water heater, furnace and heat pump. Nick, Sam, Josh and Jessie were very professional and did a great job. They explained the process and after took us through to show how to use the heat pump. Alicia was also very helpful to answer questions we had before the install.
It was a pleasure it was working with Josh and Sam yesterday. Fine young men and great representatives of your business. Weather conditions were not the finest, but they didn’t have a negative thing to say about it. So thanks again to all who were involved.
