The facility was very clean and inviting. I was directed right into the service garage as I pulled up. I was greeted by everyone and was assisted immediately by Mark (I think). He was great to deal with. Made things easy and quick. Offered me shuttle service to home and back to shop. But I opted to walk. I was told 2-3 hours and was texted at the 3 hour mark that my car was ready. It was cleaned and everything seems to be well. Great job everyone!!

Nissan sent me a vehicle recall. Phoned and arranged a convenient time. I was greeted at the service bay by a Nissan representative who greeted me and shook my hand. He indicated the vehicle recall will take an hour. Within the hour the vehicle was not only ready but was washed as well. Service was excellent, staff was excellent. Can't ask for anything more.

I chose this Nissan dealership because it has a great customer lounge and excellent latte machine! I also appreciate that they wash my car without me asking. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that they didn’t inform me, when making an 11:30am booking, that all their technicians take a lunch break from noon-1pm. Oh well, that meant spending an extra hour drinking lattes. ?
