So I have had the unfortunate luck of being in multiple accidents recently. Then I had to deal with MPI, I have lots to say about them, but I have had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely ladies at the front of Vickars. They have always been respectful and explained things clearly. Perhaps people should listen instead of saying untrue things when they don’t get their way.
If you want absolutely superb customer service, go see James at Vickar Autobody & Glass on Main St. We had 3 seperate vehicle claims at the same time...I have never had a better experience with a vehicle repair! Outstanding communication - they really care about your vehicle!!
