I recently had to make a claim at MPI over a damaged windshield that has caused me a great amount of stress and heartache as a single father with not a lot of money to spare especially around the holidays. When I went in I had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice young lady at the front desk who made it her mission to make sure I was satisfied and boy did she! My truck has never looked so good! The detailing team did a great job and it was done in a timely manner. Rock on birch wood!

I’ve been very pleased with the hail assessment/estimate even through an MPI strike, at least I’m able to deal with someone about the damage instead of endlessly waiting for mpi to call back.
