Excellent service, highly recommend! After doing some renovations, our kitchen sweep system was no longer functional, and we left it for a few years, missing the use of our Vacuflo system. Jefferson was very friendly when we popped into their office and our service professional, John was amazing. Super knowledgeable, needing to think outside the box a bit to get our system up and running again. He kindly offered to add a new outlet in our basement as well, and it was done same day (schedule permitting, lucky for us). Karlie was super helpful and responsive as well. We've had a Vacuflo central vacuum system in our house for about 20 yrs now. Their customer service is what keeps me very happy. We've had an issue with the hose not having a lot of power lately, and I couldn't get at the problem area to sort it out. I brought it by the shop today. The staff mbr on duty sorted it out in a bit over 10 minutes for me, and no charge. And I'm still a very happy customer. Highly recommended !

We have had our Vacuflo for many years. In the last few years, I had noticed that it was losing its suction. I called Vacuflo for assistance. Jefferson took my call and asked me: When was the last time you cleaned your filter? To which I responded: What filter!! Jefferson sent me a link to a video on how to do it. Five minutes later, my husband was in the garage unclogging the filter. It now works like a charm. Thank you Jefferson for your kind assistance and not trying to ‘upsell’ me on another fix.
