Leaving this review to share my personal experience. I always bring my Lexus NX to this place for service because I truly trust them. They never try to upsell or charge extra—whatever price they quote is exactly what you pay.
The team is amazing. Everyone I’ve met has been very friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to, If I will ask any question or need a suggestion, they always can help. I’ve had multiple services done here, including tire installations and repairs, oil changes, and brake replacements, and every job was done properly and professionally.

I was in a pinch due to a roofing screw in a tire when I had a long drive scheduled for the day. They fit me in for a tire repair; plug and patch. Instead of leaving the spare tire in the back of the van, they put it away in the proper storage spot (which is annoying to do so they get bonus points for that as I wasn't expecting it!), and they put on my now patched tire for me. Wasn't an issue to have my dog wait with me in the foyer either. Was able to get my errand done today with no issues. Thanks for fitting us in!

Fast service and reasonable prices. As a woman I felt treated fairly and was not price gouged. I called on a Tuesday and got in on the Friday and I waited only 15 mins for my tire to be changed over and balanced. Would recommend and go back.Service: Tires
