It was okay. The facilities were nice and the staff were pleasant but there are a few things that could've made it better especially for the high admission cost:
Bigger change rooms, it felt like a maze with barely enough room to move around. Half the showers were closed off so you had to wait to use them which is annoying. Hopefully they can do some renos to improve that space at some point.
More wall clocks around the spa would be good to help keep track of time, especially in the hot tub so you don't stay beyond what is safely reccomended or if you need to keep track of a timed ritual you don't wanna miss. This would have been 5 stars however due to the server at the restaurant the star was lost. I believe his name was Ziggy. He was a fantastic server up until he was dishonest about where my meal was. He stated they were just plating my food however thus took over 10 mins to be plated. As someone that has been in the restaurant industry as well as my son worked in the kitchen as sous chef, I know this order was missed. Her negated to just apologize for what happened he was dishonest.
Next time, just be honest 👍🏻
