Lovely facility, very clean and organized. Great running track and pool. Very helpful staff specifically Kate Sio, very kind and showed me around when I was looking for the steam room. Keep up the great work!
Overall ambience is good except few things I would like to highlight. First is 24 hours sign up for a class and then if you are not able to attend it cancel it otherwise there will be a fine. For this I want to say anything planning for recreational activities 24 hours prior and then during this harsh winter weather if it is not possible to attend it should not be so big deal. We are coming there for relaxing not to increase stress to cancel the class or sign up the class,these policies are unnecessary creating stress as cancellation never happen neither through email,neither to call to front desk as they are busy so phone goes to message form. This is a great facility, I came here years ago for the cardiac rehab, I have come back because it’s a good clean facility. I do wish people would smile more but you can’t ask for to much…. But I have started to use other services now… Mr TYLER CHLIBOYKO (masseuse) is incredible! I left more relaxed then I have been in years. The receptionist with the services desk and the main counter are always just a pleasure.
Keep up being incredible!
