The Magic Room is so great. I love being downtown, and having great services so easily accessible. The staff are all really kind, we have great chats! I've never had a bad experience and I'd recommend The Magic Room any day!

Jesse is amazing! Artistic, creative, precise. She takes the time at the start to do a detailed consult so she is clear and I feel confident. I always walk out with sturdy gels and beautiful designs that get a lot of compliments. Thank you, Jesse! p.s. This time I also stayed longer to get an impromptu pedicure. I've been going too the Walmart salon because I thought it was more economical. What a mistake! I will only go to the Magic Room from now on. They use the 'old tools', not the electric ones, and the experience was nice and relaxed, not rushed. Ellie really does great detailed work. The hot stone massage was excellent! From now on Ellie at the Magic Room will be my standing appointment. Thank you Ellie!

Was able to get in last minute during the holidays for a brow appt & facial. Bobby did a fantastic job threading my brows and was so lovely to work with. Lori had done my facial (my first one as an adult!) and I’ve gotta say I didn’t have the besssst experience. I’ve got very dry skin - which I’d mentioned right at the start. She brought it up another 6-8 times during the appointment when talking about: how she needed to steam my face initially for longer than usual, how quickly product was absorbing, things like that. It just made me feel kind of off! She did a great job at explaining what she was doing and why - which I really appreciated. When I left after my appointment and sat in the vehicle ready to leave, I glanced in the mirror and saw a chunk of black/dark product residue on my: neck, side of face & forehead along the hairline. Not a big deal, glad I caught it before going shopping though. Lol. Lots of street parking available.

I love the Magic Room; it's a hidden downtown oasis with competitive pricing for top-shelf service. I regularly get Apres nail extensions, brow threading and I've never had a better pedicure.
