We worked with Troy from the floor show. We worked with him on an insurance claim and had additional work done outside the claim. Troy was very helpful with product selection and made price matching a top priority. The product arrived within weeks and the crew worked very efficiently to get the job done on time with a very limited time frame from us. The installation crew was also pretty amazing! They had no running water for 3 days and actually hauled water from the lake in order to stay on task with the tiling and complete the work on time… just above and beyond. I purchased flooring through The Floor Show for my recent kitchen renovation. The product and service could not have been better. It was a small project but Cody in the showroom was always generous with his time and advice. Ruvim and his team who installed the flooring were great. They were pleasant and professional and did an excellent job on the kitchen and basement stairs. I would recommend them without hesitation.
