I had come here once before and had a great experience. However, my pedicure yesterday was one of my least enjoyable experiences. I was paired with someone who is new, which I don't mind, but there was no communication, she was not friendly and no one was supervising her. She did not know how to use the razor for the heels so someone else had to come do it. She kept my feet out of the water majority of the service so no relaxation there. No cuticle clean up and she then couldn't get the nails straight (and cut them almost three times) so by the end of it she had filed them down so low that I asked her to stop and that I'd do it myself as it was starting to hurt - at that point she got up without saying anything and someone named Margo (who was amazing by the way) took over. My experience before Margo was awful, but Margo did happen to save it and did some of the filing, cuticle nipping, etc. that the other individual did not bother to do. It also ended up taking 1.5 hours and I've never had a pedicure take more than an hour. I likely won't return.

I never leave reviews my girlfriend came home from a Winnipeg trip and would not stop talking about her nails literally 3 hours Nails Nails magnets something about magnets anyways fellas do you want brownie points take your old lady here

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She did my nails exactly how I wanted and took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. Super professional, attentive, and talented I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’ve been going here monthly for almost two years. Today, I was so impressed with how they remembered my preferences that I now feel compelled to write a 5-star review. Anna and Ali are excellent. I find the owner to be competent and attentive. This salon is the best I’ve experienced for sensory needs.

It wasnt busy last night because poor weather When i walked in it looked so lovely Clean and fresh My pedi was great The staff very friendly and polite!But i had a shellac mani and when i arrived home i noticed skin around my nails - skin that should have been cleaned up and after simply doing one sink of dishes with no scrubbing involved my shellac nails started peeling Because Im away I am unable to go back there till Monday night I took pictures and I am so disappointed! I have to scrape it all off and redo it myself for my xmas events
