I am a black woman and was looking for a new hairstylist. I phoned around to a lot of salons, but very few white stylists were trained in how to cut black people's hair. I realize I am making an assumption and shouldn't. I first met Ket at Buffies and then followed her to another salon that I don't remember the name of.
When she told me she was opening her own salon, I was so thrilled. Happy to see Ket unleash her creative side not just in the hair designs which she was already a master at. No, Ket was able to finally show off her design talents in her very own shop.

Just had my first facial appointment with Evana. I’ve never been to tantrum previously but what a lovely first experience! The salon is clean and very nicely decorated and Evana did an awesome acne facial with added high frequency spot treatment. It was super relaxing and I left feeling clean and moisturized! Everyone there is friendly, professional and attentive. Excited for my next appointment! Highly recommend if you’re on the fence or have never been. Worth every penny! Also the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get. 10/10 :)

I struggle to find a hairstylist I mesh with. My sister in law referred me to Tantrum and Cienna and I've never looked back. I started seeing Cienna almost a year ago and she is amazing! She is so kind, and takes her time to make sure she knows what her clients want and leave happy! Special shout out to Angelica the receptionist. She went above and beyond in kindness and assisting me in booking a recent appointment for something I couldn't find online for booking.
