I had a bit of a piercing emergency in the afternoon on a Sunday and couldn't find anyone that could help. I called South of Heaven and got a hold of Terri - what a life saver! She was so accommodating and came to me that evening to fix my rook peircing before it grew in and she was wonderful.
Very knowledgeable and kind, she gave me the best tips I've ever gotten from a piercer. 10000% recommend Terri for your next piercing ! :)

Terri is amazing!

Laura did such an amazing job on my tattoo. All I had to do was give an idea of what I wanted and it’s turned out better than I have ever pictured it in my mind! Her attention to detail and making sure I liked it every step of the way put such a great personal touch to it! I couldn’t be happier and more in love with it! I will be back to get more done by her!

I got my second and third earlobe piercings here and Terri is just awesome! Super friendly, explains everything as she goes and the room is very clean and sanitary. Definitely coming back once I want more piercings.

Laura is honestly incredible at what she does. I’ve gotten five tattoos from her so far, and every single one has turned out even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail, steady hand, and ability to bring ideas to life is unreal. She takes the time to make sure everything is perfect, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients.

I had such a great experience getting my ears pierced here with Terry. She is incredibly professional, kind, and patient. I was honestly really nervous, but she immediately made me feel calm and comfortable. The whole process was so quick and I didn’t feel any pain at all.

The studio is very clean and well-organized, which made me feel even more confident. What I really appreciated is how supportive she was even after the appointment — she kept in touch for about 4 months, answered all my messages, and made sure everything was healing properly.

I got three piercings with her (tragus, helix, and conch), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Terri 🤍
