First time going to Sophisticuts and we will definitely be back!! So impressed with the care taken to groom my little dog, who can be a handful. I was so impressed from the start- relationship building to help my dog (first timer) feel comfortable. Noelle took the time to learn about my dog- personality, what might upset him, his strengths / concerns. Noelle took her time asking how to groom/ what (I) his caregiver wants. I was more than impressed. Picking my dog up, Noelle took time asking about my dog’s personality and gave feedback/ insight. The grooming result was the best my dog has ever had. Incredibly caring and thoughtful people!! Very happy with the grooming both of our dogs received, especially after the last groomer said one of our dogs was too difficult. Noelle had absolutely no issue with her and we are so happy we made the change!
