“We recently had the opportunity to consult with Cole at Chateau regarding a sizeable project we have planned for the spring involving siding, roofing, and E/S/F. He was prompt in returning calls and emails as well as courteous in answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had regarding product choices, warranty information, pricing, etc. Cole took the time to provide us with the level of service we were looking for and even went to bat for us in terms of pricing the job as competitively as possible, seeing as we had received a few other quotes and were down to it being between Chateau and one other company.In the end we chose the other company however I have no problem whatsoever recommending Chateau to anyone looking for a company to tackle their roofing and/or siding projects. And although I certainly didn't have to write this review, given that we didn't choose them, I felt it appropriate to comment on how positive the experience was nonetheless. Simply put, we were faced with a choice between two very reputable companies in whom we had complete confidence, who were each offering us competitive pricing.
