well i must say i was very nervous comin in ,staff was fantastic. Spencer had a paw injury they showed me what they were doin and my anxiety went to almost zero. Spencer got a pain shot and when we got home she was running in the park like she was in a race. she is doin fantastic. thank u sherbrook. Will come again. 5/5.ps Spencer thanks you guys also.

my cat has boulder growing out of its head disrupting her sight and blocking her nose. The vet informed me it wasn't an eye infection. Then treated it like it was an eye infection, charged me for an eye infection and a useless expensive cone that she didnt need or use. No follow up. and my kitty is worse than ever and now im broke. do not use this hospital if you care about your animals and wallet.

I have mixed thoughts about this clinic.
The staff are nice and vets are good. But thier systems/ procedures need some work.
This is the 3rd vet that took a look at my dog's chronic ear infections. The previous vets prescribed ear drops but the infection eventually returned afterwards. The vet here showed me how to properly wash out the ear weekly and It made a HUGE difference. No eardrops needed.
However thier system emailed me that my dog needed shots but when I went to the appointment I booked based on this email, It showed that all the shots were up to date.
