My Cat doesn't like being touched. She is a Senior Cat and I was amazed that She got Her Rabies vaccine, ears cleaned and nails trimmed with no hesitation or any problems with bring handled by both the Vet & Assistant. I would definitely go back for Her further treatments. They recommended Her going to a Groomer as I never hear of a Veterinarian suggesting outside options for pet health and care!!
Amazing clinic! The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the veterinarians are highly knowledgeable. My dogs were in great hands here. Good prices. Moving all my pets over to sherbrook animal hospital.
I have mixed thoughts about this clinic.
The staff are nice and vets are good. But thier systems/ procedures need some work.
This is the 3rd vet that took a look at my dog's chronic ear infections. The previous vets prescribed ear drops but the infection eventually returned afterwards. The vet here showed me how to properly wash out the ear weekly and It made a HUGE difference. No eardrops needed.
However thier system emailed me that my dog needed shots but when I went to the appointment I booked based on this email, It showed that all the shots were up to date.
