I have been a member at shapes vermillion for a long time, this place has helped me grow and Shreya is a sweet one who always helps my mood light up also helps me keep motivated to do my workouts. This place will be a great help if you are starting your fitness journey or wanting to experience different sorts of workouts through fitness classes. Instructors are also really amazing.

My sister-in-law absolutely loves working out at Shapes Vermillion! One of her favorite things about being a member is that she can use all the Shapes locations, which gives her so much flexibility in her training. She’s really into powerlifting, and she loves that she can train seriously while still having the option to use the women’s-only side whenever she wants, it makes her feel comfortable and respected. The staff are always kind and professional, and Tashnuva is such a delight, she’s patient, friendly, and always helps with any questions or support my sister-in-law needs. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, community, and serious fitness!

I was looking for a gym that is exclusive for females and got to know about this location. I spoke to one of their staff Tashnuva who was very friendly and spoke to me with great enthusiasm. This meant a lot to me as I have never joined a gym in my life and talking to her helped me ease my nervousness! Highly appreciated!
