Genuinely don’t get all the negative reviews. From the minute I walked into the store every staff member I interacted with (honestly like 5 of them by the time I left) was an absolute angel. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a Sephora. I had my makeup done by Preye and that lady worked MAGIC. 100% would recommend if you have an event and want your face done up by a pro. She was patient, hilarious and very talented. The amount of compliments I got was bananas.
I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. The staff were not particularly friendly, and I was not greeted when I entered the store to exchange a product with a faulty spray bottle.
It felt as though the beauty advisor was questioning the validity of my concern, despite the fact that I had contacted customer service the day prior and was explicitly told to go into the store for an exchange, which would be honoured.
While I did ultimately receive a replacement product, the overall experience was not welcoming. Due to this experience, I would not return to this location and would instead go out of my way to shop at the Polo Park...read full review
I had a brow appointment with Love this morning September 25th. She did a wonderful job on my brows. Unfortunately I did not see how great it was until I was home and this my tip did not reflect that. My one complaint would be with the store, that being the lack of natural light in the brow location and the very small hand mirror I was given to view my finished brows. Hence I couldn't see what kind of job she had done. I also appreciated the interest a floor staff gave me re makeup.
