I feel bad because my stylist was really nice. She seems really kind and I like her. This was my 1st cut in about 10 years, and she did everything I was afraid she would do. I did not feel listen to. Even when I tried to ask her to change it and add layers she refused, saying it would look horrible. I came home and did it myself which is very hard in the mirror. But I love it and I think it looks way better. Ill have to wear extensions for a couple of months but thats ok. The people are really nice but I dont think they're good listeners. It doesn't truly matters how bad she thinks it will look because its my hair...I shouldn't have to beg...but the color turned out nice… read full review
