I called Jim after a referral to help with mice in our new home in River Heights, which had sat vacant for two months. From the start, Jim took the time to explain why mice might be present and how to manage the problem. He uses pet- and child-safe products, unlike many store-bought poisons or those from other pest control companies. I also appreciated his free follow-up visit to check progress after the initial service. Jim is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely partners with homeowners to solve the issue. I used Jim In the past and currently on a couple rentals. The first time I used him was because another company was gauging me in pricing and even after the first time they did the work nothing was done. I found Jim through a contact and he didn’t everything right and was priced super well and he goes above and beyond what he has to do. He honestly did me a solid before and this year right now.
