Geoff did such a fantastic job! Called him in the morning and within just an hour both of my PC issues were resolved! He went above and beyond, I didn't even have to step outside my house, he drove to our place and the job was done! Without an appointment or anything else I just called Realtime Networks in the morning, because I was having problems with my laptop. Geoff took my laptop, checked it, fixed the problem and I had the laptop back on the same day. He saved my live. I highly recommend Realtime Networks, he did a really good job.
