This is my local car wash I’ve been going to the last 17 years. I go frequently but may need to stop if they don’t start cleaning up nails and screws. It’s been an ongoing problem for years. So much so that I have considered that maybe this is an act of vandalism. Lately I have been checking my tires before and after going and the last two times I’ve gotten nails in my tires. Even look around your car when you pull in and you’ll often see them.
Cost more than $10 for a decent enough clean. It’s $2 per coin one coin per cycle and the cycle lasts about 2mins not long enough to even rinse the entire car. What happened to $6 hand washing. Costed me as much as an automatic wash. I did all the labour and still paid a full price. Not worth it. Staff were friendly and nice but not worth the money at all. The shell on st. Anne’s charges by time spent in the bay. Most I’ve paid there is $8 for a full and good clean.
Came the other day and the lady working was very nice and respectful. I came today to wash my car and do some laundry and the lady working today (different lady) was very rude. After her answering a few of my questions very rudely I then asked if I could wheel one of the baskets out to my car to fill up my laundry and mind you my car was in the car wash bay so not even out of the building and she said the carts can't leave the building which just kinda contradicted herself. Anyways very rude and I left immediately without washing my car or doing laundry. Very rude staff member and will not be returning ever again.
