I had an assessment at my elderly parents home and the staff were timely, friendly, incredibly helpful and soothing. They were thorough and while they didn’t identify an issue, they shared knowledge and expertise in identifying a potential problem. Gave my parents peace of mind and a secure feeling. Would highly recommend.

We really liked our service person, he took care of our wasp nest in one try. A couple weeks later we noticed a mouse in our basement, they sent the same guy back and our mouse problem was resolved. Very please overall.

**update September 20..decided to go with a different company for my 2nd and 3rd treatment as they offered my a deal of $320 for 2 treatments and 100 day guarantee of no bugs...Poulins just take your money and no deals at all $300+ a treatment ?Poulin staff are very helpful and have been extremely professional in helping us with a cockroaches problem that we recieved with a delivery from Home Depot of our brand new stove...I am absolutely certain that this is where the bugs came from, as they farm out all the appliance deliveries to trucks that pick up old appliances and bring your new ones at the same time...as a senior citizen, I am devastated, as Home Depot take...read full review
