Dropped by with a critter I found crawling along the carpet.
Very honest and said it wasn't a bed bug or cockroach and said nothing to worry about.
Got to like his honesty and wasn't trying to make a quick buck.
His business is in his home so the address is right, I want sure at first.
Highly recommend
Called inquiring about treating electronic devices for bed bugs. Was given great advice and was helped in detail with much needed information regarding my situation. Thank you so much, this guy is really great!
I called Jim after a referral to help with mice in our new home in River Heights, which had sat vacant for two months. From the start, Jim took the time to explain why mice might be present and how to manage the problem. He uses pet- and child-safe products, unlike many store-bought poisons or those from other pest control companies. I also appreciated his free follow-up visit to check progress after the initial service. Jim is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely partners with homeowners to solve the issue. I highly recommend this company!
