Penguin Heating sent a rep to check our furnace and it didn't go well. However, when I complained they not only issued a refund for the appointment cost, but also offered me a $50 coupon for my next service. It's nice to see a company that listens to customers and stand by their work when there is an issue. Thank you, Penguin Heating!

This company is full of unprofessional people who do not stand by their contracts. I had an AC installed in 2020 and just found out they never pulled the electrical permit for the job even though the invoice states "all required permits will be their responsibility" and we got a permit violation from the city. Although they are working under the same name, website, Facebook page and according to a friend same paper work, they say it's not their fault and I should file stating I installed it myself!
