We had difficulty after we had Jade come. She planned for our next visit but no one showed up. Then Randy came when we were to be sprayed and he wasnt equipped or ready for a spray so some miscommunication happened there. So Randy set us up for another visit and that got mixed up. Then Brian called me to let me know he was late to come in and we had no idea we even had an appointment. So Brian arranged for another appointment which worked out finally. He sprayed and all is ok. Advised me that both Jade and Randy both quit along with 3 others. I now understand and am not upset as i see why all the confusion happened. Very good. Not a long wait to get someone to come to the house. Very thorough inspection. Excellent staff, kind, friendly, informative and helpful.
Excellent recommendations. I would recommend them to anyone. Wade was our technician. Amazing.

She was patient with us. Cats kept sneaking back in the house, had to keep rounding them up. Normally they like going outside but it was raining. So patience is her virtue along with friendly & professional
