Scotty P. was by far one of the most helpful people I’ve met, never mind being just a helpful employee, this is the type of person you want working for you. I had a situation where sewage water was backing up into my basin drain, I had called other pipe cleaning places or plumbers who are all quick to just tell me how much they want to charge me, Or were telling me they’re booked weeks in advance and could not come to help me. Needed a new AC installed and On Time were great to work with! Booked a free consult and because there was a heat wave coming, they booked me for a potential install the next day so I wouldn't have to wait. From consult to completion was less than 24 hours and for a great price. Highly recommend!
I had a furnace and air installed early this week. The two awesome gentleman that came out took absolute consideration of my home. They put down drop cloths so not to track outside stuff in. The whole job from start to finish was done very very professional! Thank you Mike Lenny and Jordan you made the install an amazing experience 10 out of 10!!
