The tires originally agreed upon were unable to arrive due to blizzard conditions (understandable). Despite this, I was informed of comparable ones which actually saved me some money and I had a great experience with Brendan who was resourceful, knowledgeable and quick to ensure a smooth, fast and stress-free winter tire experience for me.

Pulled in with a wobbly crank pulley and some defrosting groceries. The guys got me in right away, and saved me a tow home and a lot of spoiled meat. Very grateful for how they took care of me and my car!

Was in a pinch for a safety inspection on a car I was selling last Summer (I don’t do in house safeties in my shop). My buyer needed the car the very next day and this OK TIRE got her in and out ASAP.
Service advisor contacted me ASAP to advise that fog-lights were not functioning (they were the week previously). They sorted it out and got it done for me to save me the hassle (wiring connector issue).
Very appropriate safety inspection price compared to many others in the city. A+
