I’ve been to this shop twice now. The first time was when I thought my phone was broken, but it turned out it just needed cleaning around the charging port and mic. They fixed it for free, which was a really good experience. The second time I came in was after I dropped my phone in water and needed a screen replacement. The shop is very clean, the chairs are nice, the service is good, and the cat is adorable. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but once you walk in it’s surprisingly nice.
The only problem I had was that I was told not only on the phone but also in person that my screen replacement would cost $160, but when it came time to pay in the shop I was charged $179, which I thought was kind of weird. Then when I got home, I realized my SIM card tray was missing. Luckily my SIM card wasn’t in the phone, but I still don’t know what happened to the tray. Other than that, it’s a good place overall.

This place is the best place in terms of service and price. My screen disconnected on my Samsung. I took it to two other places that both said I needed to fully replace the screen. The other shops quoted me $240 and $150 respectively. NSC reconnected the screen by soldering a broken connection and gave it back to me on the same day. They only charged me $60. They are family run and very nice.

Brought my wife’s phone in for a battery swap took about ten minutes, and works like new. Great customer service also 10/10 would recommend.
