I call to ask what time I can potentially come to get a hair cut lady asked me over the phone length of my hair and I mentioned medium which I consider myself medium hair but anyways it wasn’t a big deal if they would say they are long hair and just charge me accordingly but what happened was when I got into the salon it was so disrespectful no one said hi or passed smile or asked me to sit down one lady looked at me and very rudely before any conversation started said oh she has long hair but she said medium over the phone laugh at me and then looked at her colleague and laughed again like I lied or something and still didn’t say you can sit down very disappointed finally I sat down still no one said HI . I left after 5 minutes. Never ever I will visit this place and will never recommend this place to anyone . Not sure why they are so disrespectful. Feedbacks say hello to customers ask them to sit down and once it their turn do a consultation and advise accordingly) basic manners

I walked in without an appointment and had to wait only 10 minutes. Irina cut my hair and she did exactly what I wanted. I love it! I will definitely be going back there.

It was my first time coming to Nova Hair Salon. I came in without an appointment and I was already approached by the stylist Cherry. She is so friendly and fun to talk to. I showed her the hairstyle I wanted and she worked her magic scissors on my hair. She didn't rushed at all and took her time to cut and style my hair. The colour was a perfect match for me. She washed my hair so gently too.
I will definitely come back for next time. She is absolutely fantastic. So if you ever need a haircut/ colour, see Cherry. 🌷💕 The charge is reasonable too.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
11/22/25 I had my hair done again at Nova and Cherri did an amazing job with my new hair style. I posted the pictures here and I love it. She did spectacular ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love my hair cut. As a first timer at this place, Irina was incredibly kind and made sure I felt comfortable, which I was. I came in with a specific haircut in mind, and she not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The time and attention she put into my hair, and the amazing outcome of it will definitely be the reason I come back. I don't get my hair cut often, but when I do I will be requesting specifically for Irina when I come back. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

I am very lucky I found this salon and my stylist, Uyen. This is definitely my go-to place for a hair cut. Uyen is more than a stylist, she is a professional hair dressing artist. From the moment you sit in her chair, you feel like you are visiting an old friend and you forget you are there for a haircut. Even when she is very busy, Uyen doesn't rush, she strives for excellence. She never lets her clients leave unhappy about their hair. What an amazing job this lady does. Uyen is always willing to accommodate her clients when ever possible and her cutting skills are second to none. Thank you Uyen for the best hair care anywhere.
