They were swamped with house calls and booking into the next few weeks so the person on the phone talked me through my issues with our furnace. He actively saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars by being a good person, asking me questions, giving me suggestions, providing solutions and did so to prevent additional flooding in my basement out of the kindness of his heart.
We had an excellent experience with North49. We received prompt service, and we appreciated that the technician fully explained our furnace issues. We received a fast resolution, and the invoice was less than what was quoted to us by an alternative provider.
We would highly recommend North of 49 Heating and Air Conditioning. We have used this company for many years now for installation and annual cleaning services. Today we had Tom, one of their service employees to our home to check our furnace thermostat. Tom is knowledgeable and efficient. He explained clearly our issue with thermostat and his pleasant personality made his time in our home a genuine experience. We are very satisfied with all services that we have used from this company.
