Coming from a S&C background, CrossFit movements were never on my radar of either programming or having fun.
For those interested in CrossFit I highly recommend coming along to Norak for a class.
What can you expect. No intimidations from the members or coaches, a class full of belly laughs, programming that caters to all levels of experience and above all you’ll have FUN

Norak is an incredible place with a vibrant community. I personally never liked gym environments until I found Norak. The coaches are highly skilled and knowledgeable and will modify movements to ensure everyone feels included and welcomed. I started with zero fitness experience and I've grown stronger in the last years both physically and mentally. Thank you for your continued guidance and support. It is a gift to know you all.
