This review is long over due! Would like to thank Eric bardal and all of their staff for being there and accommodating my family when we needed it the most🙏..my husband passed away in December 2024 and the funeral home (Thompson in the park on Mcgillivray) we were going to be using cancelled on us due to double booking..the panic set in, friends/family travelling from other places were already told the date and tickets were booked. But that one phone call to Eric changed everything for us🙏. It was late in the evening and he actually answered the phone promptly and put our minds at ease. Thank you so so much for being their when we needed someone the most🙏🙏.. the staff did an amazing job managing over 650 people on that cold December day.. the professionalism and calmness they showed in dealing with everyone was above and beyond.. words can never be enough to thank them🙏🙏🙏
I may be a little biased, but I recently I lost my mom and Eirik (the owner) went over and above to ensure my mom had the best care,from the hospital to her cremation. For this my family is beyond grateful!
Neil Bardal Funeral Centre took fantastic care of our family. From the first phone call after Mom's passing to her burial. No detail was missed and their follow up was impeccable. As an only child trying to help my Dad through all of this, it was very hard for me. They took the time to ensure we had all the arrangements taken care of. When someone passes suddenly, you are in shock.The Neil Bardal group helped to pull me out of that.
