Bought 3 times from them. They do not seem to have as much expertise about their products as I'd expect from a specialty shop. For two items where I indicated a feature was important (quiet running, strong fan, etc), they ended up not providing accurate info when asked about those features. I doubt it was malicious as I would have bought something else, but the reason I go to a dedicated store and pay the premium over box store is for that expertise that I didn't get.
