Went there yesterday for a budget friendly cut and colour. Ended up a deep condition also. My stylist was Rijwan. He did an awesome job, was polite and took care with his work. Lucas cut our son's hair. It was the first time our son had a cut all by himself, and he was super brave. Lucas made him feel comfortable and valued his (6 year old's) opinion while checking with us. I was seated close by. My husband had a cut and wash with JJ and also had a good experience and cut. We did call in advance and booked our appointments. I came here for a pedicure with a couple friends. One thing to note is that your appointment isn’t guaranteed. A few days before our appointment two of us got a message that our appointment had been cancelled because the students were unavailable. Luckily, I was able to call back and get us all rebooked for earlier time in the day. There is a parking lot but it is small and there was full when we arrived. The street parking on Wall is only 1 hour so we had to find a side street with 2 hour parking and walk. The staff and students were friendly and took us in on time which was nice. Ibraham is super mindful! He really heard and helped me out with my hair problem. My brushed out hair was thick at the ends, but he communicated very well and delivered. I comb my hair without feeling the roots of my hair tugged and no longer feel pain. Thank you Ibraham!
