Emeline at Dakota location in Winnipeg has to be the best in the business! Man's haircut.... awesome as always. She's personal, professional, courteous, etc. etc. Will not go anywhere else. Even touches up eyebrows, sideburns and those nasty hairs at the back of the neck without asking....excellent!

Went in their very close to closing but the still were able to give me a full shampoo & haircut. The barber/stylist nail my hair cut. I would go to what ever location she is working at if she changes location. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the cut I got.
