I was referred to Dr. Jarkas and Dr. Taha after my rheumatologist questioned my original diagnosis. At 55, post-menopause, and after moving provinces, I was already exhausted from trying to piece together consistent care. I didn’t want another quick opinion — I wanted someone to actually look at the full picture.
They did. And more.
They were thorough, thoughtful, and willing to reassess everything carefully. We may still be working through the exact diagnosis, but what has stood out to me is the level of attention and respect they bring to the process. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed.
