Poor phone service. Tried to cancel an appointment and was told to call back. Dr. is not available at convenient times. So over all poor service. And their associated Medical Supply store does not do direct billing to insurance.

I’ve been twice to this clinic and both times the x-ray service has been incredibly quick! I’ve been in and out in about 5-10 mins. They are also so kind and helpful!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mancini today. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated his professionalism and caring approach. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. Waiting times are consistently more than an hour past the scheduled appointment. This has happened on multiple visits, not just once. There seems to be no respect for patients’ time, and no proper communication about delays. Poor scheduling and management make this clinic frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend it unless they seriously improve their time management.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Craton for many years, and I can honestly say he is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate physicians I’ve ever encountered. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients’ well-being truly set him apart.
Dr. Craton consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel heard, respected, and well cared for. It’s clear that he is deeply committed to providing the highest standard of medical care, and his dedication makes a real difference in the lives of his patients. We need more physicians like him in the healthcare system.

I was referred to Dr. Jarkas and Dr. Taha after my rheumatologist questioned my original diagnosis. At 55, post-menopause, and after moving provinces, I was already exhausted from trying to piece together consistent care. I didn’t want another quick opinion — I wanted someone to actually look at the full picture.
They did. And more.
They were thorough, thoughtful, and willing to reassess everything carefully. We may still be working through the exact diagnosis, but what has stood out to me is the level of attention and respect they bring to the process. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed.
As a midlife woman navigating joint pain, hormonal changes, and the complexity that comes with this stage of life, being heard matters. They have taken my concerns seriously, created a plan, and continued to adjust as we go. That kind of partnership in healthcare is rare.
Dr. Taha also offers monthly one-on-one sessions, which shows a real commitment to accessibility and ongoing support.
Even without every answer yet, I feel supported, seen, and genuinely cared for. I’m very grateful for both Dr. Jarkas and PT TaHa and would confidently recommend them.

I've had 2 surgeries performed by Dr Foerster now. He and his staff were fantastic to deal with. The post surgery staff at the Grace Hospital were amazing as well.

Every thing about my visit was a dream. I got in exactly at my appointment time and Dr. katz was in the room within 30 seconds. I felt very respected and heard. I saw the doctor twice and had my x rays taken within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Very poor office setup and procedure for cancelling an appointment. I left 3 messages in 1 day and just asked for a simple confirmation that message was was received and that my appointment was cancelled. I offered up 2 phone numbers and an email address. I did not get the COURTESY of reply But they are very quick to point our that will be charged a full appointment if you do not cancel within 48 hours.There is no website where I could cancel in writing and have a record.
