I would like to recognize that Kaltire has been my favourite store to do my tires. As you can see below, I had unpleasant experience, but Mark, the manager of this location called me and we had a long conversation which reminded me why I a loyal Kaltire costumer! Thank you Mark and team.
I book an appointment to fix a tire, they charged $ 60 to fix it, the fixing did not last for more than 15 minutes! Came back they made me book another appointment! They did a very poor job, and then make me wait for long time even pass my appointment time! It not supposed to be a priority when you do a poor job? I had a fantastic experience at kal tire, I brought my car in for an alignment, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took their time and explained what was needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My car drives perfectly now, smooth and straight. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire alignments needs. Good team here at Pembina!

After I purchased a set of winter tires and rims from Kal Tire Pembina, I was told that my next summer set swap will be for free. When I called to book an appointment, I was told that it would cost me a fee for that, and it was a misunderstanding, and that only tire Rotation is for free, when I said that I don't understand why? Lyle immediately took care of the situation and agreed to swap for free. I did appreciate it, and liked the way he reacted with a real professional and kind manner.
