I have been going to them since last 2 years, loved Carly and her services, today went to get a haircut, honestly at first I was really touched that john is working even at this age but when i got the haircut I was devastated. Please don’t ruin someone’s hair and say NO if you don’t know how to do it.

After I posted the review, Carly contacted me and then we talked back and forth about what went sideways, then she offered to fix my hairs and do them again - how I wanted them. Honestly I haven’t seen many owners taking reviews seriously but I can say that they definitely do and I am happy with the results now. Thanks bunch Carly….
