My husband and I finally decided to take the plunge and have a garage built. I did my research on three different companies and selected JML for the following reasons:
1) The office manager, Michelle was friendly & professional, and because I was calling in January, she let me know that the person I needed to speak to was on vacay but that they would call me upon their return and she gave me a specific timeframe that I should expect a call back.
2) Not only did Jeff return my call he actually called me the very same day he got back from vacation! Amazing customer first mindset
What really stood out was that JML Roofing & Renovations sent roofers out to repair a few shingles that had blown off before the new roof project had even started. That level of customer service and care is hard to find. Jeff and his team did an amazing job on our new roof. The new shingles were completed on time with no hidden costs, and the entire work area was kept clean throughout the project. The staff installing the shingles were respectful, professional, and extremely hard working. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Great job by everyone involved — highly recommend JML Roofing & Renovations!
